We Bring Our Obstacle Course To You!
Available indoor or outdoor. Our course is arranged by professional obstacle course ninjas. Balance, jump and swing your way through our routes and challenging obstacles.
Fully guided and supervised by our staff. Our seasoned Ninja Coaches will lead your entire class or school through the course ensuring everyone has an exciting and safe time. With over a dozen obstacles and unlimited ways to traverse them, all ninjas will leave exhausted and inspired.
From kindergarten to grade nine. Our ninja warrior squad will help match skill levels to obstacles making sure everyone from Kindergartners all the way to grade 9 will feel challenged and excited the entire time.
Approved vendor (in progress) & fully insured for most school divisions around the Calgary area including Calgary Public, CSSD, and Rocky View. Fully licensed and insured.
Full setup and takedown. We arrive early and setup the entire obstacle course and completely take it down at the end of the event. No extra help required by teachers or staff.

Mobile Obstacle Course for Schools
Age Groups: Open to grades K-9. Our course will be individually designed to match the grades participating.
Duration: We structure the program to fit your school's class time blocks. Whether it's 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes or more we can customize our program to fit your schedule.
Structure: Our team will arrive on site an hour before the start time to setup the course. Students should be dressed for the weather.
Warmup - Our staff will lead the students through a guided group warmup activity.
Obstacle Orientation - The students will be split into groups and guided through each of the obstacle stations. They will be shown proper technique and an opportunity to practice on each of the obstacles.
Team Competition - Within the groups, the students will race through the obstacle course in a team format. This race structure fosters teamwork, collaboration and conquering obstacles in a fun and healthy way.
Teardown - The entire course will be taken down and removed completely by our staff.
Staffing: Fitset Ninja coaches will run the entire event, leading students through the warmup, orientation and team competition. All of our coaches have been trained on our equipment and are experts in maneuvering the various obstacles. Our coaches also all have first aid training and have undergone criminal record and vulnerable persons checks.
Participant Capacity: 40 students per session, up to a maximum of 300 students per day.

Fitset Ninja offers the best, most unique event for schools in Calgary! We provide an incredibly fun, memorable and safe environment for everyone 5 years and up to enjoy climbing, swinging, jumping and hanging on some awesome obstacles in a high-energy atmosphere.

If indoors, clean indoor running shoes and Gym attire (shorts or athletic pants/joggers and a t-shirt).

The maximum number of students are 40 students per session and up to a maximum of 300 students per day. If you're planning for more students, we suggest you book enough days so every class has an opportunity to enjoy the obstacle course.

Our school obstacle courses are for all skill levels! Our events are designed to accommodate all ability and fitness levels in a fun and engaging way.

This will depend on how many students are participating throughout the day in each class. We often have 2-3 ninja coaches facilitating but can add additional coaches if required for larger groups.

All of our coaches are first aid certified and have been trained on how to properly set up the equipment and safety matting for camps. All coaches communicate rules and obstacle safety demos at the beginning of day to minimize the risk of any injuries. As well, all coaches have undergone criminal record and vulnerable persons checks.

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so anytime up to 1 week before your booking date for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 1 week period before your booking, there will be a $100 cancellation fee and you will receive a partial refund minus the fee.

If you’d like to reschedule your booking, we can help you do that anytime up to 72 hours before your booking day at no additional cost. If you’d like to reschedule within the 72 hour period before your booking, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee.

If there is substantial rain/thunderstorms on the day of your booking, we can reschedule to another date at no additional cost. We are also able to setup our obstacle course in the school gymnasium if you prefer.

The simple answer is as soon as possible. Our mobile obstacle course usually book up 3-4 weeks in advance. To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your school at least 3-4 weeks before your desired date.
